I kept forgeting to screenshot the table so now that I have remembered at the end of november three months after the last games. But how did we do?
September:
we played Burnley, Barnsley, Ipswhich and Derby Predictions DWDD
Another win, this time against rivals Burnley. Although, It was probably due to wallace’s red card.
4-0 an impressive win against a fairly decent side.
Another win means now 8 on the spin in the league. Fantastic showing from the team.
never mind we remained unbeaten and haven’t conceded in 5 games.
September reveiw: WWWD this is fantastic, we picked 4 more points than expected and kept up our promotion bid.
October: we played southampton, reading, leeds, Hull and Millwall. Predictions: DDWWD
We where lucky to avoid a first defeat of the season here and a massive thanks to Evatt, for getting that all important leveller.
A little bit disappointed in my team for our third draw in a row. But now eleven unbeaten and leading the way still is amazing.
(sigh) a fourth draw in a row is not good. Yes, twelve in a row is good, but that is not the way we want to be extending that record.
Oh come on. FIVE DRAWS IN A ROW??? come on team we can do better…
I stand corrected. we can do worse. 6 without a win and with teams like reading, N. forest and Southampton behind us, we need to start winning.
October reveiw: DDDDL Not a great month and not what we need to be doing to get promoted.
November: We played Leicester, Brighton, Peterbrough, watford and Bristol city. Predictions: DDWWD
Yes, now I can find a player to go up front to add to our nearly always injured attack (Dobbie and Ormerod, sometimes Phillips). also adding to my defence would be nice. and who have i bought in…
Yes, Craig Dawson (who has a potential of 4 Stars) and Billy Sharp (3 1/2 star current). They will be coming in with hopes of an immediate impact to boost our fading season. They where signed after setting the transfer budget to just over £10. 6 million and with improved an improved wage budget, I bought in both Stuart Parnaby and Danny Webber as back up for their positions.
Back to winning ways, although this may be temporary, I hope not.
2 wins for the month and we are back to business…
…… or so I thought. A dissapointing performance by us against a potential promoter, they are currently 6th.
should be winning by more against bottom of the table opposition.
2 defeats in one month, ouch, we slipped down to second.
November reveiw: WWLWL we got our nine points, but dropped 6 and lost our place at the top.
Now it’s time for Sacking time:
Alan Curbishley was appointed.
Ian Holloway was appointed.
Sam Allardyce was appointed.
Walter Smith was appointed.
So wanted to apply for my dream job, but I wouldn’t be appointed what with a regional rating. Louis Van Gaal is now manager.
Dave Jones was appointed.
So, we are currently second two points off of Reading. A special mention to Steve Cotterill and his 19th Placed Pompey who are plowing up the table. They would of been 8th with those deducted points.
Big games against 5 tough teams who all could of and could be promoted between 2005-2012.
Predictions: DDDDD

Wow. 12M in the middle of season. That´s quite money to get on transfers. Hopefully Dawson and Sharp will bring you that what takes to win games. I´m sure you can promote this season.

Tight championship. First 6/7 teams all very close to each other. Congratz to your solid work so far but, as it seems, you will have to keep the high performances if you want to at least keep the position. Good luck!

i actually quite shocked that u got 12m transfer budget in the middle of season. its really a big budget. i never played Blackpool but tried a few other team from championship, but not as lucky as u are, congrats.

Yeah, but i tried to manage swansea like you did, but i couldnt win many games. but I can at Blackpool. Also, I got 12 million last time i managed Blackpool, it is probably due to their “rich” finance rating.
